Allia team wins award in Best Employers Eastern Region 2016

Allia’s team celebrated today at the news that they had won the award for Employee Engagement at the Best Employers Eastern Region, 2016.

The award in the category for smaller employers (with less than 50 employees) honours the employers which have worked hard to develop high levels of staff morale and was based on achieving the highest scores from an employee survey.

Tim Jones, Chief Executive of Allia said: ” All the great work we do only happens because of our team, who really are our greatest asset. In the last 15 months we have almost doubled our employee numbers in 2 locations, Cambridge and Peterborough and next Spring will be opening an Allia Future Business Centre in East London. With our plans to grow and create even more positive impact, it is critical that we continue to ensure our values and our people are at the heart of everything.”

More than 100 members of the region’s business community attended the awards and conference at Hengrave Hall in Bury St Edmunds which are run by ERAS and Pure Resourcing. Allia’s award was collected by Rachel Coquard, Head of HR and Rukshana Jaman, HR Assistant.
