Allia launch discussion “What do you really mean by social investment?”

The recent report from the Alternative Commission on Social Investment demonstrated that there’s a lot of confusion and inconsistency around terms like social investment and impact investment.

In a recent article in Pioneers Post, Allia’s Phil Caroe argued that the sector needs to work towards a common language if we want to be able to communicate clearly, and suggested a new framework of definitions.

Allia is now inviting a discussion to help find some consensus, and we want to know your views on the definitions we’ve proposed.
