Governance

Allia Ltd is governed by a board of trustees. The trustees support our senior management team, guiding their decision-making on strategic issues – each one has significant business and leadership experience to help strengthen the organisation’s direction.

Subsidiary companies also report to the Allia Ltd Board (Allia Impact Ltd, Allia Future Business Centres Ltd and Allia C&C) who each have their own Board that meets quarterly.
